Business Description
San Francisco's newest plant-based restaurant
San Francisco is steadily becoming one of the top cities in the world for food lovers. Restaurants are springing up in every empty lot to be found, and the more creative the cuisine, the more refined and specific the ambiance, the bigger the crowd that willingly waits in line for a table. With alternative food lifestyles becoming more and more popular by the day, the Thistle & Rye team is coming together to create a restaurant in an area teeming with a population concerned with health, image and social interaction.
Thistle & Rye brings a new plant-based destination to San Francisco that delivers flavorful meals, ambiance and impeccable service in a walkable location. The restaurant will satisfy everyone from the inexperienced meat-eater to the most discerning vegan customers, encompassing them in an almost rustic, industrial space. This coupled with local, farm- fresh, sustainable ingredients and an innovative beverage program focusing on fresh-squeezed juices and blends, organic wines and beers, Thistle & Rye is sure to become an industry pace-setter and the number one restaurant of choice for the vegan demographic.
We will keep you informed as this exciting project develops!
